About the delivery and delivery with the shipping company Dachser: It couldn't be better, we were notified of the delivery by phone the day before. After intensive research, we decided to take a look at an ATROPA heating cabin discovered on the internet on site. We had to spend some time and cover several kilometers towards Upper Austria, but it was worth it that we could convince ourselves of the very good workmanship. Here, not too much was promised on the company website! The ordering process went completely smoothly and the delivery with the shipping company was without complaint. The self-assembly could also be done by me as an inexperienced craftsman. However, a second person was urgently needed to mount the roof. After about 2 hours: Fully assembled. The assembly could be simplified in my opinion by using guide rails when pushing the elements into each other. In the meantime, we use the cabin regularly in the cold season and are very satisfied with its handling. Unfortunately, the radio and the CD player with a lot of noise are a bit annoying in operation. Especially after sports, a heat session is very relaxing for the muscles. In summary, we can confirm that it is a highly recommended product, if you disregard the radio.

After a long search and internet research, your homepage convinced us: We were actually looking for an affordable Austrian product - not so easy!!! With the company ATROPA we have at least partially succeeded. An Austrian company, with production in Poland (at least EU and not China) and a top price/performance ratio! We received our Infrared Sauna AT - 1 last week, assembled it over the weekend and tried it out right away... and enjoyed it :)

Our rating: -> detailed information on the homepage, which actually leaves no questions unanswered. But even if - employees are competently available. You will also be asked again after the non-binding online order during the call back (about 1-2 days after the order) if anything is unclear or if there are any open questions! -> even the shipping company asked again before delivery if the next possible delivery date is really possible! We were initially afraid that the shipper would come exactly when my husband or I are at home alone with our small child, because "only to the curb" is delivered. That's how it was then, but we worried for nothing! The delivery man was extremely helpful and "of course" led us the individual packages to the terrace!!! THANK YOU again!!! -> The assembly was also very easy! 2 strong men (because the individual packages are quite large and heavy) and the Infrared Sauna was in its intended place in less than 1 hour and was waiting for its first use! -> It didn't have to wait long either: very user-friendly! The only - tiny - possibility for improvement in our opinion is to place the individual switch for the back heater better. It is located exactly behind the backrest. If you change your mind during the treatment and want to switch off the heater, you have to get up and turn around. -> We also had the wellness package included - everything was fine except for one tiny thing: The accessory "aromatherapy" is missing - a glass with a suspension device. There is room in the smallest hut! Even a guest toilet with a shower can be expanded into a "wellness area" with the smallest ATROPA infrared sauna (AT-1). Lay out the existing shower tray with pressure-resistant polystyrene (XPS) so that the weight of the cabin can be carried evenly. Place a multiplex board the size of the cabin on top. Constructively support the areas protruding over the tub edges (would probably not be necessary from a static point of view). And there it is, the space that you didn't think you had! Building the cabin on it is child's play! For me, the following criteria speak for the ATROPA AT-1 (compared to other providers): - Floor space: depth 108 cm, width 94 cm. Many small cabins have a smaller depth and therefore sometimes very limited legroom. My experience: depth is important, width is secondary (and W=94 cm is absolutely sufficient). - Back heater: Reaches down to the seat surface! (With some providers, this ends a few centimeters above the seat surface for design reasons. Sometimes a lumbar vertebra heater is offered as an additional option.) - Shoulder heater: Not included in the program for most small cabins! My experience: No shoulder heaters would be a considerable disadvantage for me. - Calf heater: Well-known providers do without it for medical reasons. My experience: The calf heater as a surface heater does not radiate heat but pleasant warmth. Anyone who actually has health problems in this area can switch off the calf heater (like any of the built-in heaters separately). My experience: I cannot recommend it without a calf heater at all. - Foot warmer: Indispensable for me as a cold-footer. For small cabins, sometimes not even retrofittable. How I came across ATROPA: Extensive research on all single-person cabins offered. Ordering and delivery: Serious, friendly, uncomplicated. Assembly: Actually as simple as described in the instructions. (I was a bit skeptical beforehand, but it was a breeze!)

we have been the owners of the Infrared Sauna since the end of October. Starting with the advice from Mr. Steger in Taxenbach and an on-site visit to the delivery and professional assembly by Mr. Stefanits, we are very satisfied with the service.

Now in the cold season we use our small "wellness oasis" regularly 2-3 times a week, this is particularly good for back tension and also to support our immune system. An investment that has already paid off completely!

We were very skeptical at the beginning, as the cabin could only be ordered via the internet. But then we were very well advised, the installation could not have worked better. The cabin itself is the "hammer". We use it daily in the autumn and winter months. The only downer: radio and CD cannot be operated from inside the cabin.
