When we decided to buy an infrared heat cabin a year ago, we looked at many different brands within a 200 km radius. The market is booming and manufacturers offer their products in numerous showrooms. During our internet research for infrared heat cabins, we came across Atropa and got a personal impression of the products during a long weekend in Vienna. After detailed advice from Patrick Schabesberger, we decided on the ATS-2 cabin. After "pinpoint" delivery, it was very easy to assemble the cabin on our own. After about 2 hours, it was standing in the specially created niche in our bathroom. Our whole family, including our two sons, uses the cabin regularly and is thrilled. It would be nice to have showrooms with several different products in Germany as well.

We expressed our desired date and the payment and subsequent delivery went smoothly. The assembly was easy and went very quickly. We have the ATROPA ATS 2XL, so for 2 people and it is comfortable and has enough space for two adults to sit and relax comfortably. We particularly like the front radiation, the underfloor heating, the movable backrests and adjustable headrests. One headrest was defective on delivery, but the complaint was handled great and within 5 working days the replacement was with us. Great service! After our decision for an infrared sauna was made, the search for a good manufacturer began. Thanks to the internet, the choice ultimately fell on the company Atropa. All ambiguities were clarified on site with the sales partner Fam. Hölken from Klingenthal and by telephone with the company Atropa (many thanks again at this point). We ultimately decided on the ATS-2XL model including the wellness package (music system, color light therapy, aromatherapy, seat cushion, 10-year guarantee extension and La-Stone). The order went quickly and the cabin was delivered even earlier than expected. The goods were professionally packed on delivery. The assembly was uncomplicated and was completed after 2 hours (without unpacking and transport), also thanks to the good assembly instructions supplied. The excess number of screws irritated me a little, but better more than too few. Unfortunately, the outer door handle was slightly damaged during shipping, but that was no problem. After the company was informed about it, we were sent a replacement within a very short time. It also seems remarkable to us that the heaters worked completely odor-neutrally even when the cabin was used for the first time. The supplied music on the USB stick and the scented oil ensure additional relaxation. In the cabin itself you have enough space, sit comfortably and can relax well. The individually switchable heaters are great and the fact that you can control both places independently of each other is very practical! We are very satisfied with our cabin and can only recommend ATROPA, there is nothing to complain about at all!

Simply mega! We bought the ATS-2 cabin and have been using it for several years. It is always a pleasure to use the device. What you also have to say is that the quality is right here! Everything is still like new and everything still works like on the first day. The assembly was also easy. Everything comes well packed in individual parts. You can simply carry it to its destination, assemble it and secure it with quick-release fasteners. 4 screws in the top of the roof, plug it in and you're done. I would buy an infrared sauna from Atropa again.

How do you recognize a good company? By how it deals with complaints. Last week I bought the ATS-2 cabin. The sales talk and the advice from Atropa were very good. The cabin was delivered on time. After assembly, it unfortunately turned out that the cabin could not be switched on. We tried to find the error by phone, which was unfortunately not possible. And now comes the part that really left me speechless. Within a very short time, a service technician was organized who came to us on the public holiday (!!!) to repair the cabin. Now the good piece works perfectly and I am happy and satisfied. That's what I call service! Regarding the workmanship: the cabin is high-quality, smells wonderfully of wood. Small things, like the brand logo on the door handle or the enclosed USB stick, are really "just" the icing on the cake. Now I'm looking forward to many hours of relaxation.

For health reasons, we were interested in an infrared sauna and found what we were looking for at Atropa after thorough research. The advice from the local contract partner was first-class and the decision for Atropa was made quickly. Service/advice was first-class. Self-assembly is no problem with a little craftsmanship. Our cabin is in the living room, due to its design it looks very modern and you don't have the feeling that the room is cluttered by a large "box". The glass walls lighten it up and the cabin is attractively finished with high-quality materials. The best thing about the cabin are the 4 user programs, combined with music, light and fragrance - a real asset to our well-being and a holiday in everyday life. During an internet research, we noticed the very good WEB presence with versatile information about the offered infrared saunas, materials, radiation spectrum, etc. Despite using an existing sauna, we decided to order an infrared sauna ATS-2 with a wellness package. We are enthusiastic about the design, individual control, music system, color light and aroma therapy. The order was placed on a Sunday on the internet, on Monday an employee contacted us, who offered us help with open questions and checked the order for correctness. We had chosen prepayment and were therefore able to choose a free accessory. After an ONLINE transfer on Monday, we were immediately informed about the receipt of payment and the delivery was organized. On Thursday, the shipment arrived in a solid packaging. Despite short distances, we decided to unpack the large parts outside the house, they were too heavy for us due to our age. We had also chosen self-assembly. The packaging components were excellently labeled, small parts had reserves, everything was complete. The assembly with our son was done in about 2.5 hours, the assembly instructions were exact. We became aware of the company Atropa in mid-August through an acquaintance. His description of the ATS 2 XL was completely true. The delivery took place on the desired date. The workmanship is very high quality. During assembly, we found two minor defects, which, however, were rectified by Atropa to our complete satisfaction. The assembly was easy to manage for two people. Only the front with the glass door was a bit heavier to carry up to the 1st floor. The use of the small music system was successful right away. The speakers are sufficient and a USB stick with some relaxing music was also included. Since I have regularly gone to a classic sauna and have never used an infrared sauna before, I was very curious about the first sauna session. Of course, there is no infusion. Nevertheless, the experience was very relaxing and the effect lasted for a long time after the session. I was also very relaxed the next day. All important information can already be found on the website and we were not disappointed by phone either. We decided on the ATS2 with the "wellness package". The cabin should not be too large and should still fit well in our shower room. The process from ordering to delivery went smoothly. The sauna arrived very well packaged. The individual parts were quickly removed from the pallet, which the shipping company - exactly as described by Atropa - had to take back. The packages were quite heavy for my husband and me, but still manageable. After unpacking, the individual parts could be transported well and comfortably with two people. The assembly instructions are printed out and very well described. The assembly actually only takes a good hour and is also easy to manage for laymen. The operating instructions are also very well described and the preset programs are easy to use. The first commissioning was a real reward! The assembly is well explained by the enclosed documents and is really not a major challenge. The commissioning of the cabin was then the well-deserved reward. It is a pleasure for us when we use the cabin at least once a week with different programs. After a hard day's work or after sports, it is an excellent regeneration for the body. The heat has an inspiring effect on the body, you feel really fit again afterwards. Compared to other well-known manufacturers, I can't imagine that their product could be better.
