            With the help of my friendly neighbor and the assembly instructions, there were no problems with the assembly. The operation and remote control of the control system was immediately clear, I am still working on the remote control of the radio.... it didn't work at first, but after I inserted a new battery, that problem was also solved.
            Yes, and now I have already had a few "sessions" and am completely thrilled. If you want, you can really work up a sweat, but a small "relaxation treatment" after a fitness training is also possible. No wishes are left unfulfilled. The cabin is not exactly a "bargain", but the price is quite justified.

Superior to others - as many things are individually adjustable and of high quality, which also justifies the price. After searching the internet for an Infrared Sauna for myself, I came across the Atropa company's website by chance. I must say that the Atropa company's homepage is very well structured. You can find everything described in detail. Since Vienna was too far for me to visit and I couldn't make it during the week, I had a great and detailed consultation with Mr. Ruttinger (sales partner) on a Saturday. I was able to go over everything in my head again in peace. I ordered an Atropa ATS-1XL on Monday and on Wednesday morning I was able to receive the ordered cabin from the freight forwarder. My partner was able to assemble it almost alone without any problems (a second pair of hands is necessary for a few things). In the evening I was able to test the cabin :-). I was thrilled. What appealed to me about the cabin from the very beginning are: - the ergonomic backrests - heaters positioned so that the lumbar spine can be beautifully irradiated - dimmability / choice of which heaters (on and off) - music system, aromatherapy, automatic program control, etc. Clear purchase recommendation from my side and thanks again to the Atropa team for the smooth process.

Dear Mr. Schabetsberger and staff! We have just received our second (ATS-1) cabin and can only express our PRAISE again and again. We found our first AT-1 ourselves on the internet about 8 years ago, because after a very long search it turned out that the ATROPA IS is the only one that has IR heaters installed all around. Especially important for us - the shoulder heaters! The ATROPA website is very well designed, easy to understand and rich in information, so that there is almost no need for extra inquiries. The ordering, delivery, problem solving and communication - simply top! We assembled both of our cabins ourselves; it went smoothly and according to the very good description we managed it in about 2-3 hours with two people. The first time we ordered AT-1, this time an ATS-1, because it has several automated programs, which is very convenient and practical. We find the arrangement of the heaters optimal, whereby all important heaters are available for us (back, shoulder, calf and feet. The front heater is not so relevant for us personally, but in case someone finds it important for themselves, the question arises whether it would be technically possible to position a front heater on the other side (although the door is there, but maybe ...) - this is just a thought. We enjoy our first AT-1 in Dubrovnik and our second ATS-1 in Graz and can only report all the best - Super service, easy assembly, infrared radiation, heater arrangement, comfort! We learned about the ATROPA Infrared Sauna from friends and decided to get one ourselves. The advice on the phone was competent and helpful. The delivery to Italy was surprisingly cheap and took place quickly within 5 days. The assembly instructions are detailed, and we received excellent information by phone for any open questions. Unfortunately, outdated Phillips head screws are supplied for assembly instead of practical Torx screws. The assembly is basically simple and nothing can go wrong. It is advisable to tackle this work in pairs. The workmanship is perfect, the cedar wood smells good. We also like the design. With the backrests, the sitting position is comfortable and pleasant. It is advisable to preheat the cabin for at least 15 minutes (programmable) so that the temperature is perceived as pleasantly warm upon entering. The heaters are potent and pleasant. They have different distances to the body. Thus, they are perceived differently. The back heater heats up quite powerfully, while the front heater is hardly noticeable. Fortunately, you can set the radiation intensity individually and partially (program). Conclusion: The ATROPA Infrared Sauna is worth its price and we can definitely recommend it. mh

Dear Mr. Schabetsberger, dear ladies and gentlemen, I decided on an Atropa Infrared Sauna ATS 1 XL because there is no heating installed in my installation room and the room temperature is "only" about 17 degrees. Atropa has, unlike competitors, foot and calf heaters. In my experience, this is very important, especially in colder installation locations. I turned off the two heaters for a trial session; In my experience, if your feet are not warmed, you hardly sweat at all. Delivery and service were top and friendly. We finished the assembly in 1 hour. It was really easy. The packaging of the individual parts was also top. Especially now after shoveling all the snow, it did my back a world of good. The XL version is also very spacious and you don't feel cramped. I can highly recommend the Infrared Sauna!

          After greatly narrowing down the Infrared Saunas that were suitable for us, I sent written questions to Mr. Patrick Schabetsberger of ATROPA Wellness GmbH via the internet. These were answered quickly and precisely. Our choice fell on the Infrared Sauna ATS-1 incl. premium package (music system, color light therapy, seat cushion, La-Stone, remote control). I set the desired delivery date for about 1 month after the order confirmation. I had some concerns after realizing that an assembly option for the cabin by Atropa or commissioned fitters was not possible. The shipping company Dachser SE arranged the delivery date with me by phone and kept to the small time window on the delivery day exactly. The pallet with the individual parts and accessories was placed in front of the front door as requested. The packaging was undamaged, the shipping driver was friendly. We have been using the cabin for about 5 weeks and are very satisfied. Especially the delivery was problem-free and on time. We were skeptical whether the assembly would work. However, it didn't take long, as the parts are well pre-made and simply fit together. Great! We can absolutely recommend the company Atropa, the contact is very nice and prompt. The only small point of criticism: The cabin takes a little longer to preheat to 50° (approx. 20 min.). Good that very little electricity is consumed. The cabin was shipped to Bönningstedt near Hamburg, quite a distance.

My wife has fibromyalgia (muscular rheumatism) and had good experiences with Infrared Saunas in hotels during holidays. Therefore, there has long been a desire to purchase a cabin for home for regular use and pain relief. After we had intensively dealt with the cabins available on the market and also had a detailed consultation with a market leader, the decision was made for the ATS-1 from Atropa. This was not only because the Atropa website has a very good information content, but also because of the extensive control functions and long warranty on the heaters. To inspect the cabin before buying, we made an appointment with the friendly contact person in Bielefeld. That was very helpful. The online contact and ordering was very easy and the friendly replies from Mr. Schabetsberger to remaining questions made the decision easier for us. The delivery took place within 3-4 days by freight forwarder. It was possible to coordinate the delivery date directly with the freight forwarder in order to be on site for the delivery. Payment was made without problems upon delivery. It is advisable to accept the goods yourself on site to exclude transport damage. The packaging is very good, but the lashed cartons are taken from the Euro pallet and since the cartons are about 2 m high, they must be placed absolutely tip-proof. Otherwise, a gust of wind or playing children is enough to tip them over. It would be better to put appropriate notices on the packaging. The assembly went smoothly by ourselves, as the instructions are clear and self-explanatory with photos. One side wall stuck a little when hanging it into the back wall, because the guide groove/tenon did not align perfectly, although the floor was level. When carrying it up to the first floor, I asked a friendly neighbor for help with the wall elements and hanging the front side with the glass door. We like the workmanship of the cabin very much and it makes a valuable impression. We also ordered the covers for the backrest, at first we thought we didn't need them but can now recommend them because otherwise you stick to the lacquered backrests when sweating. The infrared radiation is very pleasant and the nice thing is the intensity control in 5% steps. In addition, the intensity of the back heater can be regulated separately from the side heaters and front heater. You can also choose programs. We have been using the cabin for 3 months now and regulate it manually as we feel comfortable. My wife starts with 50% on her back and then increases. She doesn't need as much on the side. After her, I only use the back heater from 50 to 75% and can also report on the relaxing effect. Especially in the back area, we notice an improvement in pain and tension. When moving the ATS-1, be sure to pay attention to the floor, as the feet are very hard and can leave scratches on soft floors such as cork. The Infrared Sauna is very well made and was easy to assemble. The heaters are available in sufficient numbers and in a good arrangement, are of good quality and heat up super. We would have liked another heater at knee height instead of the one side window. So there is only one for the right knee. The lighting is good, you can read during the application or simply relax with a chosen color and let your soul dangle. We never use the radio, at most for a CD....but that's rare too. We found ATROPA through research on the net and were very satisfied with the order and delivery. All in all, highly recommended, also in terms of price-performance ratio.

During our short holiday at the end of November, we got to know a Physiotherm Infrared Sauna. The treatments did us so much good that we decided to buy an IR cabin in addition to our sauna. As soon as we were home, we browsed the internet for test reports and experience reports about IR cabins. A Physiotherm cabin had convinced us, but the price and the small internal dimensions held us back a bit. By chance, we discovered the offer of the company ATROPA. I first started looking into this topic about ten years ago. Unfortunately, it was not possible for me to purchase an Infrared Sauna until a year ago due to lack of space in my apartment. For about a year now, I have been looking into it more intensively. I have done a lot of research on the internet. There is also a lot of discussion about the possible harmful effects of infrared radiation.

My goal was to find an Infrared Sauna for 1 person where the quality, safety (e.g. certification of the heaters), equipment and price/performance ratio are right. If you type in Infrared Sauna on the internet, you get countless offers for cabins in different price ranges: cheap from € 500 - € 1500; medium-priced € 1500 - € 3000 and high-priced from € 3000. I excluded the cheap cabins, e.g. from the hardware store, etc., from the outset, as they have nothing to do with high-quality cabins.

If you type in the words "Infrared Sauna and high quality" in Google, you will almost always find companies like PhysioTherm, Delfin-Wellness (Thera-Med), etc. at the top. That's why I also looked into the products of these companies intensively and viewed and had presented to me products that were suitable for me in the showrooms. However, I quickly realized that there are also other domestic companies that offer high-quality Infrared Saunas with a much better price/performance ratio. That's how I finally came to the company ATROPA. The company's web presence is appealing and not too intrusive, and all relevant information regarding equipment, safety, questions, information on infrared radiation, etc. is explained in detail.

After I decided on an ATS model, I had a very informative consultation by phone and then also on site in the showroom in Vienna. There I was able to convince myself once again of the quality of the Infrared Saunas. My choice finally fell on the Infrared Sauna ATS – 1 P incl. premium package (was on special offer). It was delivered to me in a very short time after ordering.

I did the assembly myself. The cabin arrived in 5, partly large packages, very neatly packed. The assembly took about ¾ of an hour. I was very surprised that only 3 screws were needed for the assembly. All parts are of high quality and fit perfectly. Even if someone is not the perfect handyman, it should be possible to assemble the cabin yourself. I like the clean and precise workmanship of the Infrared Sauna, both inside and out. Suggestions for improvement: - Cover the material of the roof cover, as the currently used one partially bends. - Since I always unplug the cabin after use (instead of standby), it would not be bad if there was a central on/off switch. - The music system should have Bluetooth (it says so on the radio, but it is not activated). If you connect a USB or an SD card with folders, you cannot navigate through the folders, as the system does not support this.

I find the arrangement of the infrared heaters to be good. Although the side heaters are often described as not necessary, they fit in perfectly for me. I use the cabin about 2-3 times a week and the children love it too (of course at a very low level for a maximum of 10 minutes). I use the cabin mainly because I am very often prone to tension and headaches and for that it is a blessing.
