The SOLIS® infrared heaters have been installed in Infrared Saunas for over 15 years. They have been continuously developed over time.
Through continuous research, better and better materials and manufacturing processes have been found to increase the efficiency, reliability, and lifespan of the heater rod. Special attention is paid to the homogeneity of the radiation spectrum and safety.
Many cheap providers use lower quality materials in production to save costs. This not only reduces the lifespan but also eliminates any positive effect and can, in extreme cases, even lead to injuries and burns.
SOLIS deep heat heaters of the 4th generation
The fourth-generation SOLIS® infrared heaters consist of a glass tube filled with white sand, which must be funneled in under vibration. The glass bulb is encased by a coil embedded in magnesium oxide, which in turn is covered by a ceramic coating. This structure guarantees uniform infrared-B radiation over the entire heater body.
Each infrared heater is subjected to a complex manual quality control before installation to ensure correct functionality.
That is why there is a long 20-year warranty on the SOLIS® heaters (4G).
