Frequently asked questions: How long does delivery take and what do I need to consider upon delivery?
Delivery by freight forwarder
If you choose the option "Delivery by freight forwarder", your Infrared Sauna, if in stock, will leave our warehouse on the next working day at the latest and will arrive approximately 3 - 5 working days later.
However, you can also choose a later delivery date (e.g., in one month) when placing your order.
The delivery by freight forwarder proceeds in the following steps:
1. After we have received your order, it will be confirmed by phone or email.
2. Our partner freight company will contact you by phone to arrange an exact delivery date.
Self-collection
For collection from our pickup warehouse, there are of course no additional costs. The Infrared Sauna itself is packed in five to ten sturdy boxes, depending on the model.
