Frequently asked questions: How can I order and what is the order process?
The order process at ATROPA takes place in five simple steps:
Step 1
On our model overview page you can choose the model that meets your requirements.
Step 2
At the end of the model page under "Order" you will find an order form. Please fill out the form and click on "Submit order". The placed order is non-binding and can be cancelled at any time. Of course, you can also order by phone

Step 3
The ATROPA service team will contact you to clarify any ambiguities and questions.
Step 4
Depending on the stock level and type of delivery, you will be contacted by the shipping company or our service team to arrange an exact delivery date. Of course, you can also arrange for delivery at a later date.
Step 5
For delivery by a shipping company, the boxes (between 4 and 8 boxes, depending on the model) are delivered on a pallet to the curbside. The pallet itself will of course be taken back by the shipping company.
Delivery and Assembly
For delivery with assembly, the Infrared Sauna will be delivered and assembled by our assembly team. The Infrared Sauna is checked and a brief instruction on the functionality of the Infrared Sauna is given.
