Through my sister, who bought an infrared sauna from Atropa 12 years ago and is still very satisfied, I visited the showroom in Vienna at the end of December. Ms. Fajtak advised me very well and after I had tried sitting in a few cabins, I tended towards a reclining cabin. Ms. Fajtak informed me that there would be a revised model of the ATX Relax 1 from January. It will be made with local linden wood, have a touchscreen and the relax lounger will be adjustable, and will be set up in the showroom in about 14 days. The reasons why we ultimately decided on Atropa were, on the one hand, the possibility of viewing a cabin in the vicinity and telephone calls directly with Atropa. It should be emphasized that you are called immediately after the ordering process. During this call, further details regarding the equipment of the cabin with different types of heaters and the delivery were clarified. In our case, we opted for 5 deep-heat and one full-spectrum heater. The cabin was delivered 3 days after ordering. All parts were very well packaged, not a single part was damaged. The self-assembly, which took around 5 hours, was no problem, as every step is described in detail in the assembly instructions provided. The manufacturing quality and accuracy of fit of the individual parts are also perfect. Only the color of the 220V connection cable did not impress me. This is black - I would have preferred gray or white. We currently use the cabin 3-4 times a week. A great advantage for us is the individual controllability of each individual heater, the sitting and lying comfort and the electrical adjustment of the lounger. For these reasons, we can recommend both the Atropa company and our purchased product (ATX Relax 1) with a clear conscience.

You can look around in peace, get the best advice and all the functions of the different cabins are explained. Due to its effectiveness, we decided on a "one-person cabin". Today, about a week later, our dream cabin is in our fitness room. We took the complete package including delivery and assembly. We couldn't find anything similar on the Internet. After further research, we came across the sales partner in Upper Austria in Kallham. After making an appointment with Mr. Ruttinger, we visited him in his showroom. Mr. Ruttinger took a lot of time for us and the advice was excellent. The next day we ordered the cabin and it was delivered a week later. And it was set up on the same day and used in the evening. We are very satisfied and use it almost every day. Very competent advice and processing was simple! After the agreed delivery time, the pallet was at the door and assembly could begin. This turned out to be surprisingly simple (plug-in system), you need four skilled hands, but after about 3 hours it was done. The performance of the side and back heaters is very good, only the floor heating could be better! The whole family uses it and we are all thrilled! I can't say after such a short time whether there will be any relief for my age-related complaints, but after one session it was "pleasant" (it was the right decision)!

The coordination of the delivery date worked out great (birthday present). The cabin arrived safely packed and was delivered to our front door (house in the 2nd row, 30m driveway). The assembly instructions were clear and understandable (only the reclining chair required a little transfer of knowledge in my head) and the assembly was no problem for two people in the given time, as all parts also fit perfectly. I became aware of the product through a colleague who has owned an ATROPA cabin for over 10 years. He is still very satisfied, has had no complaints and uses the cabin almost daily. The advertising presence is very good, especially the explanatory videos that go into detail are excellent. I placed the order by phone, and there was a small Christmas present on top. The advice was concrete, informative and meaningful. I assembled the cabin myself, it was very simple and well described. Since it is a reclining cabin, the assembly took about 3 hours including unloading from the EUR pallet. The cabin is sensational. There are various programs and manual control. The programs have the advantage that you don't have to readjust. The lighting is dimmable in all RGB colors. The music boxes are of quite good quality and are also adjustable accordingly. Overall, there is no flaw that I have noticed so far. I already notice significant knee joint improvements after 14 days. Of course, I also treat my chronic footballer's knee with other means, such as DMSO 50% or castor oil, but I notice an effect in my knee after every infrared application. At 100% you have to be careful and regulate it down after 10-15 minutes at the latest. I can highly recommend the ATROPA company. It is a great product and we have a lot of fun with the cabin.

I am totally satisfied! Especially the service, particularly in terms of communication and goodwill, is unbeatable! A mistake on my part was immediately rectified with a free replacement - great! The function of the cabin is also flawless! A little more radiation on my legs would have been worth 5 stars. But the cabin does exactly what it's supposed to do! The operation is extremely comfortable and precise! The workmanship is high-quality, there were one or two small chips, but they are not visible. Delivery exactly as agreed, assembly manageable, not possible for one person alone, but easy to do with a total of three people. The specified assembly time (2-3 hours) is a bit too low, with unpacking, sorting the parts, etc., we were busy for more like 4 hours.

The ATR Relax 1 VSS cabin was delivered the day before yesterday and I immediately assembled it with 1 helper. Assembly is very simple, connections are very well thought out. However, suggestions for improvement: Instead of Phillips screws, supply Torx as they are easily overtightened. The 6 screws on the roof are difficult to screw in. The armrest supports of the reclining chair are very filigree (torn out when lifting) I have mounted them better with 2 pieces of solid wood 100x40x40mm. But it was no problem. I am a master carpenter myself and am particularly enthusiastic about the woodwork, very beautiful wood. Yesterday 1st test. Everything works perfectly. My wife is also very enthusiastic. I had a small problem with a heater at the beginning, occasionally a buzzing sound when heating up. After the telephone advice to eliminate the noise was unsuccessful, I was sent a new heater housing under warranty without any problems. Now everything works perfectly. My son compared different companies on the Internet, which is how we came to Atropa. I was given very good advice over the phone and then ordered the "ATR Relax 1" cabin. The order went smoothly, the waiting time until delivery was met. Service & advice were perfect, couldn't be better! Regarding the delivery, I have to complain that the shipping company was supposed to contact me to arrange an exact delivery date with me. The shipping company didn't contact me but was already at my door two days earlier at 9:00 am. It was pure coincidence that I was still at home and could accept the delivery. However, this complaint does not affect the Atropa company but the shipping company. The cabin was excellently packaged, we disposed of the packaging material ourselves. The self-assembly was easy to manage with two people. I was able to use the cabin immediately, everything was perfect! I inserted the pillow vertically into the backrest instead of horizontally, which caused the plastic to get too hot and get damaged. The customer service promptly delivered a new heater grill and a new pillow free of charge as a gesture of goodwill - it couldn't be better. I use the infrared sauna about 3 times a week. My sinuses and bronchial tubes improved by 80% after just two weeks. I have been able to do without my allergy tablets since then. A huge success! The only mistake I made was not buying this cabin years ago! I would also recommend this cabin one hundred percent for its comfort (comfortable lying position, soft upholstery, very good arrangement of the heaters)!

Hello from Kappeln, we actually wanted to put a sauna barrel in our garden. But we were on holiday in Bavaria and got to know an infrared sauna there. We came across the Atropa company through the Internet. Coincidentally, a "private exhibitor" of the Atropa company lives near our holiday accommodation. We contacted them and were able to look at their infrared sauna. We had actually already agreed on a sitting cabin. But the exhibited cabin was a relax cabin. We were so enthusiastic about the comfort that we changed our minds and ordered the ATR Relax 1. But everyone has to decide that for themselves. We then ordered the cabin by phone and it was delivered at the desired time. The assembly was relatively easy due to the locking system and my wife and I were able to assemble the cabin together in one afternoon. Only the lid was too heavy for us and we had to get help. In conclusion, I have to say that the cabin is of high quality and we enjoy using it. The infrared system brings a very pleasant warmth and you also start to sweat, depending on the temperature you set. So it is very flexible and can be adjusted to personal needs. Another advantage for us is that you can use it spontaneously without a long warm-up time like a "normal" sauna. I like to listen to music and the music system is completely sufficient for that. We were immediately attracted by the fact that they also offer cabins that you can use lying down, while most other providers only have sitting cabins in their range. The arrangement of the infrared heaters also perfectly matched our needs. Since we live in northern Germany and therefore cannot "just" visit the exhibition in Vienna, we were very pleased that the ATROPA company's websites are very clear and informative and thus leave no questions unanswered. We also particularly liked the virtual showroom, which offers the opportunity to view all infrared saunas from the inside and outside in 360-degree optics from your own living room. Finally, our decision was made: it should be the ATR Relax 1. We ordered on Sunday evening, the call with the confirmation of the order came on Monday morning and on Friday afternoon the well-packaged cabin parts arrived by freight forwarder. Saturday was then used for assembly. We took about 4 hours in total until the cabin stood completely and in full size in front of us, but we didn't hurry particularly. Thanks to the good and detailed instructions, the assembly was generally problem-free. However, you definitely need at least two strong people for it. In particular, the weight of the cabin roof, which has to be placed on top of the cabin at the end, should not be underestimated. Now that we have been able to test the infrared sauna extensively for a few days, we are very satisfied with the quality of the cabin and the effect of the infrared heaters. The purchase was definitely worth it for us and we can recommend the ATR Relax 1 without reservation.

The order and delivery also went quickly and smoothly within a few days. The assembly instructions and marking of all parts for our self-assembly were very helpful. There is a lot of packaging material due to transport, mainly cardboard, but also foil and styrofoam, for which you should temporarily provide some extra space. The assembly went well, although it took a little longer than announced. For the electrical wiring over the roof, the description could be a little more precise and illustrated. With our Visio variant, you can also add the luxury of a television yourself (see pictures) in addition to the standard equipment with an audio system. Otherwise, the possibilities of radiation, its separate controls, the various light modifications and audio inputs are simply comprehensive. It will take some time until we have determined our very own individual favorite program based on these variations. But we would already "warmly" recommend the Atropa company in the truest sense of the word!

After receipt of payment, the cabin was shipped immediately, but delivery was delayed due to the unwillingness of the shipping company (Dachser). The assembly was not as easy as described and took about 4 hours. The cabin looks great, is very comfortable and worked perfectly right away. After a long search and comparison on the internet, we came across the Atropa company, as we were looking for a one-person reclining cabin. The website appealed to us from the very beginning. Extensive information about infrared in general and specifically for the offered cabins is provided. The few questions for our situation were answered competently and friendly on the phone. Based on the phone call, we gained confidence and ordered in advance, which Atropa rewarded with additional accessories. The delivery within five days arrived on time. Unfortunately, the Euro pallet was broken during freight and some boxes had slight damage, which, however, had no effect except for a small chip that we were able to fix ourselves. Atropa sent an additional relax sauna towel as compensation. We are not unskilled craftsmen, but we still needed four hours for the assembly. It can certainly be done faster as stated, but we took our time and peace. The roof in particular is relatively heavy and two stronger and taller people are advantageous during assembly :-) The cabin fully meets our expectations. The lounger is very comfortable, the arrangement of the heaters is perfect for us and the comfort due to the extensive accessories is excellent. Overall, we can definitely recommend Atropa.

Order after extensive research. Because of the reclining position, the decision was made for the 1-person model. The ordering process was uncomplicated, the specified delivery time was almost met and the delivery was on time by the shipping company. All components are well packaged and labeled. During assembly, it was found that the hinges on a side wall as well as on the two long sides were mounted the wrong way around. Furthermore, the light was not connected (open plug connection). A sufficient room height should be taken into account at the installation site, as not only the roof has to be put on (this is pointed out), but also all plug connections on the roof side at several points and thus require sufficient room height. The quality and workmanship is solid and the first use is positive. The purchase decision is not regretted.

After observing the market in recent years, we finally decided on an Atropa infrared sauna, which we came across on the internet via Google. The website is very clearly structured and convincing. The preliminary advice via phone or email was very informative and friendly. After comparison with competitors (5 months ago we were able to test a Physiotherm cabin twice), we finally decided on the Relax 1 L, which also appeared attractive from a price point of view. Cheaper is "always possible", but this should not be the only criterion. Above all, you don't have to pay more to supposedly get better quality. After punctual and flawless delivery by the shipping company Dachser, which confirmed the delivery date by phone, the cabin could be assembled mostly alone within about 3 hours. Only the placement of the roof requires at least two people. Thanks to my (strong) neighbor, that also worked out great. Depending on the installation site, you should definitely consider the dimensions of the largest component if the cabin is to be placed on an upper floor, for example. It is helpful to build a simple wooden frame of the appropriate size to simulate transport through the stairwell. (So that you don't experience any nasty surprises ;-)). Everything worked out great for us, so we have been able to enjoy the soothing infrared heat for 10 days now. The stay in the cabin is beneficial, relaxing and inspiring, especially in conjunction with the light and aromatherapy. The assembly instructions seem to need improvement, as they are ambiguous in some points or leave the inexperienced assembler in doubt as to whether everything is correct. Our sauna was delivered to Germany by a shipping company. The large vehicle did not fit into the underground garage entrance. So the pallet was pushed to the garage door. On the homepage you can find your way around quickly and it is very clearly structured. Since you produce what we were looking for (a cabin with a lounger), we contacted you. We asked for a brochure with prices. We received this by post within a few days, even with a small piece of wood as an example. After we had decided on the ATR-Relax 1, another telephone contact was made. Our request was taken here and we received our order confirmation by email the next day. Now I come to the only not so good point and why there are only 3 stars for delivery and assembly. The shipping company brought us the cabin at 11:45 am within the specified time frame (08:00 am to 12:00 pm). But already when lowering the lifting platform, the package bundle swayed precariously. The forwarder then also did not want to bring the packages all the way into our driveway, but only about halfway. This again resulted in a very strong inclination. He then quickly put down the pallet and wanted his signature quickly so that he could hand over responsibility. We then had to secure the pallet with garden chairs to prevent it from tipping over. Either it was packed too optimistically here or the lean shown in the picture occurred during transport. The assembly itself actually worked as shown in your assembly video. There were three of us, with my husband and our friend responsible for the assembly and me for holding the first walls. From our side, it would be an improvement if the light control for the 4 automatic programs were to match the program (e.g. Detox = green, Refresh = red or so). Here you have to set the light yourself. It would also be nice if you could dim the brightness of the LEDs, as yellow, turquoise and violet are very bright and the light shines directly over your head. Turquoise in particular is almost white. In addition, a deeper lying position would be more appealing to me. I suffer from fibromyalgia and therefore decided to buy an infrared sauna. For us, the decision for a single cabin was the right one - since I and my wife have a different heat sensation and a common use would only be possible with compromises. We were looking for an infrared reclining cabin and came across Atropa on the internet. We were able to get a very good overview of the cabin equipment and technical details on the homepage. The decisive factor for us and ultimately the purchase decision was that an ATR Relax could be viewed near our home. The subsequent telephone contact and ordering process was very friendly and problem-free. Questions were answered very satisfactorily also by e-mail. The delivery of the cabin was punctual and smooth. The assembly was done by ourselves with 2-3 people in about 3.5 hours. An electric cable had to be pulled out of the shaft of a side part with some effort, it was jammed and not visible. An infrared heater had to be reworked on the wooden frame, as it could not be inserted into the designated recess. We like the appearance, equipment (wellness package is included in the anniversary offer) and workmanship very much. The first impression is positive, comfort and arrangement of the heaters is very good, but we have not yet fully used the infrared radiation. We can definitely recommend Atropa infrared saunas. Perhaps a factory assembly will be possible in the future.

I absolutely wanted a reclining cabin with compact dimensions and maximum comfort. In addition, the heaters, control system, etc. had to be state-of-the-art. After a few weeks of further research on the internet, I arranged a consultation appointment with an Atropa consultant in Upper Austria. Peter really took 2 hours and advised me very extensively and down to the smallest detail. I was able to convince myself of the quality on site. After a few days, I received a call from the Atropa head office where I clarified the last questions and finally placed my order. On the same day, I transferred the money and 3 days later, the infrared sauna was delivered by freight forwarder after prior arrangement. Everything neatly packed in many individual packages on a pallet. That was really extremely fast! Now it was time for assembly, which was a bit more complex than expected. Not the cabin itself, which is set up really quickly, but the Relax chair including stool. It came disassembled into many individual parts and probably took 2-3 hours until everything was correctly assembled and in its place. In the meantime, I have had a few sessions in the cabin and I am more and more enthusiastic every time. The relaxation value is sensational for me and my wife and I enjoy the gentle sweating in the evening and especially after sports. Everything is TOP, I can only recommend it to everyone!

A very comfortable and well-made infrared sauna. I would recommend it at any time. Except for the roof, which I could not put on alone without possible damage, the assembly was also possible alone. But I would take a whole day to bring it in, unpack, assemble and dispose of the garbage. But I would have two small improvements in the instructions. The edge protection on the frame parts of the chair must be removed and the distance between the infrared heater and the recess of the back heater board should be more like 3.5 to 4 cm, otherwise the chair cannot be pushed completely against the wall. For me, however, this does not lead to a devaluation, the instructions and descriptions are otherwise of a very high standard. I am happy and satisfied with the cabin. Top! We were directly in the shop in the 22nd district, Eßlinger Hauptstraße 88. The advice and demonstration of the cabins was very informative and professional. The order without a down payment (very unusual, but pleasant) was perfect and the delivery took place about 2 weeks before the possible date according to the shop, which was also very pleasing. We chose the infrared sauna with delivery and assembly, as our spiral cellar staircase with a width of 80 cm is a challenge. The two gentlemen mastered this perfectly and also took off their shoes in the house immediately (another big plus).
The assembly took about 1 3/4 hours and the brief introduction to the operation was also fine. We wanted to try it out for a longer period of time before giving you feedback. The assembly was described very precisely, except for the heaters, where we had minor difficulties because we did not know if they were all the same. But after a short, very friendly phone call with you, the matter was resolved very quickly. Everything else worked without any problems. The assembly took about 3-4 hours, and we took a lot of time. My husband really needed convincing before the purchase because he was very skeptical. The presentation of the sauna and the company's website convinced me so much that I ordered the cabin without seeing it in person. (I didn't necessarily want to drive the 700 km to Vienna). The delivery took place exactly on the day announced. For me as an experienced craftsman, the assembly was no problem. During the assembly, I was positively impressed by the good quality of the workmanship of the parts and the entire cabin. A small problem were the connection cables for the heaters on the side walls, which I could not find at first. After a friendly phone call with a service employee of Atropa, we found them. They had slipped into the interior of the side wall. The assembly instructions and even the assembly process are well thought out. With a little manual skill, anyone can assemble the cabin. The sufficient number of heaters and the arrangement is in my opinion optimal. The cabin is compact, heaters are placed close to the body so that the heat energy arrives without loss, saving electricity costs. Since we have set up the cabin in the bathroom area, the warm-up time of the sauna is minimal, you can even skip it. Sit in, turn on and go. The control of the sauna, the music system is very simple (no technical jargon), which is not a matter of course these days. The small switches on each heater increase the control comfort. So all in all, a very successful concept. We, with my wife as conventional sauna goers, are enthusiastic about such an alternative. As an everyday sauna, with the same effect as a Finnish sauna (or even better), it is ideal for home! We can recommend the infrared sauna with a clear conscience.
