After an initial, quite intensive internet research on infrared saunas from different manufacturers with their different heaters, we found Atropa's product portfolio very interesting. Especially the fact that they have both sitting cabins and various lying cabins in their program, we liked very much, as we were initially a bit undecided. Also, the fact that the cabins can be equipped with Infrared B/C heaters as well as with full-spectrum heaters, we liked very much. To be able to make the final product decision, we looked at the cabins on site in the showroom and got advice. Even though the journey was relatively long with about 350km, it was absolutely worth it. We found the consultation to be very competent and detailed and never had the impression that something was being "foisted" on us. The opportunity to test sit / lie in all cabins in peace was also very helpful for the final decision. We finally decided on an ATX-2 with full-spectrum heaters, as we then found the heater arrangement for us to be "more optimal" for the sitting cabins. The possibility to control each full-spectrum heater individually with the new ATX regulation, even in the 2-person cabin, was the deciding factor for the new ATX series. We had looked at the cabin on Friday, paid online on Friday evening and had the cabin at our home by the following Tuesday afternoon. The assembly was done within 2.5 hours, including unpacking and carrying parts to the basement, so that we could have the first infrared session in the evening. I don't think it can get any faster than that! That was really TOP! I was very satisfied with the quality and accuracy of fit during assembly. The description is easy to follow, all parts were present undamaged and fitted together well. I found the self-assembly to be absolutely unproblematic and easy. Our experiences after the first 5 sessions are as expected. We are 100% satisfied with our new infrared sauna and regret that we did not decide to buy one sooner. From my point of view, the arrangement of the heaters is optimally solved within the possibilities of a double-seat cabin. We were particularly taken with the flexibly mounted and ergonomically shaped backrests. In our view, this is the perfect solution for a comfortable sitting position and maximum possible back radiation. Thanks to the individually adjustable full-spectrum heaters, it is possible to adapt each seat to personal preference. The possibility to reduce individual heaters by a percentage in the automatic program and the fact that this is then also adopted for the other power levels of the automatic program surprised me very positively. This shows me that they also thought about small details during development. In conclusion, I can only say that we are completely satisfied with the consultation, the delivery, the assembly quality and also the operating experience. I can recommend the company Atropa without reservation!

We decided on the ATX2 (2 persons) with full-spectrum heaters and are really thrilled! We researched for a long time on the internet and were looking for a solid and above all high-quality infrared cabin. We were very impressed by the appearance of the company ATROPA. No frills, no empty marketing blah-blah - it seemed down-to-earth and made with expertise. The models on offer are diverse and a bit overwhelming at first glance. Maybe fewer model options would be more here? All questions in advance were answered very promptly and that gave us a good feeling. The purchase process was very good, and all statements were kept - from the technical possibilities to the delivery date. Flawless! Special thanks here to Mrs. Fajtak and Mr. Schabetsberger for their competent support before and after the purchase! Assembly is manageable with 2 people of average craftsmanship; we needed about 3.5 hours - part of which was disposing of the extensive packaging material. Everything was really very securely and well packed! The assembly itself is well explained, you can even watch videos in advance. A small tip here: read the instructions completely before you start, you will need 4 styrofoam parts when putting on the roof of the cabin. 2 people who can handle a cordless screwdriver are hardly challenged here. We liked the control via tablet, it is clear and logical. The only small point of criticism would be the built-in audio module - unfortunately, it has no display. But it does its job - we use the USB port, we also tested Bluetooth. The sound quality is perfectly fine. Surely the built-in tablet could do all this as well, of course more comfortably thanks to the display. But everything is fine as it is. We liked that it is possible to create your own programs. Another advantage is the low heat load inside the cabin. The heat specifically enters the body - and doesn't senselessly heat the surroundings. Commendable: the standby power consumption is 7 watts, a good low value. Competitors are significantly higher here, by double and more, when the cabin is switched off. In short: we are not giving it back 😊 A nice end to the day, when you feel the pleasant warmth, the nose is caressed by the built-in aroma therapy and you can listen to subtle music or an audio play ... just soothing! A clear purchase recommendation from our side!

Saw the Atropa infrared sauna on the internet and fell in love. Ordered on site in Vienna with very good and friendly advice. Very good description and so we could easily assemble the cabin ourselves and try it out on the same day. Comfortable backrests, music and good programs on the tablet. Headrests with light padding would be another hit. We are very enthusiastic about this infrared sauna and will definitely recommend the company Atropa!

The assembly was surprisingly easy: in less than two hours, the cabin was ready for use - even though we don't have any special manual skills. All parts were perfectly processed and the instructions were easy to understand. Since commissioning, we have been using the cabin regularly and are absolutely convinced of our decision. The warmth is pleasant, the operation is intuitive thanks to the tablet display, and the entire IR experience is exactly what we had hoped for.

During a walk I came across the showroom of the company Atropa. I was immediately enthusiastic about the selection of the many models and the workmanship of the cabins. In the end, I had to wait 5 years until the children's room became free, but it was worth it. Last week my infrared sauna was delivered. The decision between a lying or sitting cabin was not easy. I was able to test all the cabins in the showroom and received the best advice from Mr. Schabetsberger. I then ordered right there in the showroom. The deciding factor for the ATX-2 was the great tablet control. It is really very easy to use and I was thrilled that I can adjust the intensity of each heater separately (in 1% steps). The light strip is also a highlight. I also think it's great that you can connect the cabin to Bluetooth and listen to your favorite music. The fear that it would not be as comfortable in a sitting cabin as in a lying cabin was quickly dispelled thanks to the flexible, ergonomic backrests. Since I would have had to set up the infrared sauna by myself, I opted for delivery with assembly. Everything went perfectly here as well. The mechanics arrived on time, worked quickly and cleanly. A good company is recognized by its customer service. The second time I tried to turn on the infrared sauna, the fuse blew. Mathematically, the socket should have been suitable, but in theory everything looks different. And here you can see the good customer service of the company Atropa. Although it was Friday afternoon, the company Atropa sent the mechanic back to me and he brought an extension cord, which was given to me as a gift, so that I could connect the cabin to a socket that is protected with more amps. That now works perfectly. I have used the cabin several times now and am thrilled. If a heater is too strong for me, I can simply turn it down. The arrangement of the heaters is also optimally solved in this cabin. They have really put a lot of thought into it. I can recommend the company Atropa without reservation!

After a long search and comparison on the internet, we came across the company Atropa, we can say that the price/performance ratio is convincing. A family business in Vienna with showrooms in different federal states. After a visit and a consultation, we decided on the Atropa ATX 2, the telephone ordering process was simple and uncomplicated - no pressure to buy quickly or anything else, with prepayment you could choose a nice bonus. Delivery was made by a freight forwarder, who had various delivery days to choose from, we did the assembly ourselves, which is also understandable for laymen, two strong men and a woman to delegate are sufficient (just kidding 😅). Very good high-quality workmanship - looks great - we are already looking forward to many relaxing moments. We cannot find any minus points and would recommend the product at any time.

We are very satisfied with the ATX 2 infrared sauna. The workmanship is good and the wood quality is consistently high. I would also like to highlight the good fit. Everything fits and nothing wobbles or is crooked. The active ventilation of the ATX is extremely practical, should it ever get a bit too stuffy. The full-spectrum heaters make a high-quality impression and spread a pleasant warmth. We are very satisfied with our personal wellness area in the basement. Suggestion for improvement / note: It should be possible to set in the software that the heaters do not start at 100% as soon as you switch on the cabin. This causes the fuse to trip in our case, as the starting currents of the cabin are too high for a B16 (B-characteristic) standard fuse. We now have to replace this with a C16 (C-characteristic) fuse so that we are not in the dark every time we activate the cabin. This should either be mentioned in the manual or - even better - there should be the possibility in the software that the cabin does not start with 7 heaters at 100% intensity. Then you would - presumably - not have this problem either. Perhaps this can be fixed with a software update (the possibility exists with the ATX, as it is connected to the WLAN).

After long and extensive research and comparisons on the internet, we decided on the atropa infrared sauna ATX 2. The price-performance ratio, equipment and appearance of the cabin and the expert initial consultation (by phone and email) convinced us. The ordering process went smoothly (by phone and email) via Mr. Schabetsberger. The delivery was quick and reliable by a freight forwarder (3 working days). The assembly was easily done by ourselves within 2 hours due to the well-labeled boxes and a very detailed assembly instruction. If you have any questions or minor problems, you can quickly reach someone and they will help you without any problems and quickly. Our cabin is equipped with 4 solis TWS (deep heat radiators) and 2 solis VSS (full spectrum radiators), we have covered the entire spectrum of infrared radiation with this and are very satisfied with this choice. Furthermore, we were able to equip the cabin with the wellness package (as an offer including: color light, aroma, music system, premium seat cushions, height-adjustable headrest, LaStone foot massage stones). We are happy about our beautiful infrared sauna and would like to thank the company Atropa, especially Mr. Schabetsberger, for the competent, courteous and friendly advice and support.

Dear Atropa Team Thank you for the great product. We informed ourselves via the homepage, which was able to answer almost all questions. If you make an investment of this size, you naturally want to try it out and test the product beforehand. That's why we went to the showroom in Vienna and were given top advice by the lady there. We decided on the ATX2 because we wanted to be able to control the intensity of each heater individually and we really liked the Wifi connection with the tablet. The cabin was delivered by the freight forwarder 3 days after ordering. Everything went great. For the ATX2, it took the two of us about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. We worked very carefully and with breaks. Unpacking naturally also takes some time. We have had our first infrared sauna sessions and are very satisfied with our choice to go with Atropa. The long warranty and the warm appearance of the family business and the diverse equipment with the movable backrests were the decisive factors for us. An Android app is already in development - in the future I would also like an IOS app or a way to connect the infrared sauna to the smart home via MQTT protocol. Due to the great service, it only took one visit to the store and we were convinced of the product and bought it. Unfortunately, the commissioned freight forwarder did not stick to the agreements and there was a delay. Even if Atropa is not to blame for this, I have to deduct one star for the sake of objectivity. The assembly was done relatively quickly (approx. 3 1/2 hours). Due to the current heat, we have unfortunately not used it often, but have enjoyed it every time and are hoping for a cold winter😎😁. In summary: a clear purchase recommendation!
