All components of an ATROPA Infrared Sauna undergo strict checks and tests before they are launched on the market. This ensures a mature product and consistently high quality. A new model is preceded by many years of development in order to offer the user both the best infrared radiation and the highest possible comfort.
Warranty Services
We are aware of the extraordinary quality of our infrared heaters and are therefore proud to be able to give a 20-year warranty on the SOLIS® TWS® deep heat heaters.
We grant a 20-year warranty on the SOLIS® VSS® full-spectrum heaters.
In addition, we give a 2-year warranty on the entire infrared sauna.
You can add a 10-year warranty extension for an additional charge of only € 398.
The 10-year full warranty is already included in the wellness package for the Relax and ATX series.

When your cabin is delivered or collected, you will receive a warranty card from us. Please keep it in a safe place.
The warranty is of course not restricted by self-assembly.
