ATROPA - Infrared Saunas with deep heat

The order process is as follows:

Step 1: You can easily order via the Online Shop or by E-Mail.

Step 2: You will be contacted by an ATROPA employee to discuss any questions and requests.

Step 3: You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail. For advance payment and payment on account, the payment instruction will be sent with the order confirmation.

Step 4: The Infrared Sauna will be delivered on the previously agreed delivery date. Instructions, invoice, and warranty card are included with the Infrared Sauna.

  All models can be delivered free of charge to Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Germany and Austria. Delivery is possible on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

  The shipping company will contact you via SMS or e-mail with suggested dates that you can either confirm, or you have the option to arrange a different date with the company. It is therefore necessary that you provide a mobile phone number and/or an e-mail address when ordering.

  The shipping company delivers your Infrared Sauna on a Euro pallet. The cabin itself is packed in 5 - 10 sturdy boxes, depending on the model. The driver will be happy to deliver the pallet as far as he can get with the pallet truck, but a staircase is an insurmountable obstacle.

  The important documents (invoice, warranty card, etc.) are located on the front of the pallet in the document pouch behind the delivery note. You will find the assembly instructions in the small parts box labeled "ANLEITUNG" (INSTRUCTIONS).

  Bank transfer via online banking or directly at your bank branch. You will receive the payment instructions separately in the confirmation email after a customer service representative has contacted you.
  

  ATTENTION: If the Infrared Sauna is not immediately available or a later delivery date is desired, the payment does not have to be made at the time of ordering, but only shortly before shipping.

  With payment on account*, you have the opportunity to check the order for completeness before making the payment. The amount is due immediately upon receipt of the goods. The necessary bank details can be found on the enclosed invoice or in the confirmation e-mail.
