You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We will collect the goods.

We bear the cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts - for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the KSchG (Austrian Consumer Protection Act) and the contract was concluded exclusively using one or more means of distance communication, such as telephone, letter, fax, email, order form or web form of the webshop, he can withdraw from the concluded contract or the submitted contract declaration without giving reasons until the expiry of the statutory period. If the consumer withdraws from the contract, he is obliged to return the received goods in their original packaging and without signs of use, step by step. If the goods have been used, damaged or their packaging damaged by the consumer, we as the seller are entitled to a fee for the use, including compensation for a resulting reduction in the common value of the goods, in an appropriate amount - without prejudice to the reimbursement of the costs for any repair of damages. The same applies if accessories or parts are missing when the goods are returned. However, the mere acceptance of the goods by the consumer does not yet constitute a reduction in value.

Excerpt from our GTC: V. Contract Withdrawal

For contracts concluded at a distance (§§ 5a ff of the Consumer Protection Act), the consumer can withdraw from the contract within 14 working days, whereby Saturdays do not count as working days. The period begins on the day the goods are received by the consumer. It is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal within this period. If the consumer withdraws from the contract in accordance with this provision, he shall bear the costs of returning the goods. In this case, the goods must be sent back to us in their original packaging after consultation.
